Lanecia Edmonds

LaNecia narrates all Romance under her pseudonym, Charlie L Wood. With over a decade of acting experience in film, she started to put her skills to use in narrating audiobooks at the end of 2020. She has experience working with publishers, indie authors and international indie authors through platforms like ACX and Spoken Realms. LaNecia is an LGBTQ+ advocate, being bisexual herself and is open to narrating people of all walks of life.

LaNecia is of mixed races including Native American and is a citizen of her Tribe, Seekonk Wampanoag Tribe. She is also a member of SAG-AFTRA, the Audio Publishers Association and PANA (Pronarrators).

When LaNecia isn’t recording in her home studio, you’ll find her practicing Taekwondo, lifting weights, or spending time with her family and friends, chickens, and honeybees.
